1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dream Decors mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App including customers and visitors.

2. About Dream Decors

Dream Decors is a platform that connects customers with professional painters and painting service providers. We offer services including:

• Interior & Exterior Painting
• Wallpaper Installation
• Texture Coating
• Waterproofing Services
• Wood Polish & Finishing

3. User Account & OTP Login

To book services, you must register using your mobile number. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to verify your identity. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate mobile number and personal details
• Keeping your OTP confidential — never share it with anyone
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Dream Decors reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of painter unavailability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Final price may vary based on actual area measurement, surface condition, and selected materials
• A quote will be confirmed before any work begins
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept UPI, Google Pay, bank transfer, and cash payments

6. Service Quality & Warranty

Dream Decors strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We offer:

• Free re-work if the quality does not meet the agreed standard
• Warranty period varies by service type (communicated at booking time)
• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of job completion

7. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate address and access to the property at the scheduled time
• Ensure the work area is reasonably clear before the painter arrives
• Not engage or solicit our painters directly outside the platform
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not post false reviews or misuse the ratings system

8. Limitation of Liability

Dream Decors acts as an intermediary between customers and painters. While we verify all painters on our platform, we are not liable for:

• Minor damage caused during service (beyond normal wear)
• Delays due to weather, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Loss of valuables left unsecured during service

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the Dream Decors App including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Dream Decors and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App.
